What we collect
We only collect what we need. That includes: the name, email address and message you send us through the contact form; your email address (and any details you choose to give) when you join our book or workbook mailing lists; and standard, anonymous information about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, to send you the updates you have asked for (such as news about the book, the workbook or our tutoring), and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We will never sell your details.
Email and mailing lists
We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing lists and send emails. When you join a list, your details are stored securely by Mailchimp on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Other services we use
Some parts of the site rely on trusted third parties, each with their own privacy policy: Mailchimp (email), Trustpilot (reviews), Vimeo (video testimonials) and Zoom (webinars and classes). Embedded content from these services may set cookies.
